In 1988 President Ronald Regan signed the bill designating the first Thursday in May as the National Day of Prayer.  At Cityview, we set aside much of the day for prayer and worship both with our community leaders and other congregations. 

On May 7, our community will unite for a full day of prayer and worship from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. With drive-thru prayer, hourly guided gatherings, a special noon prayer with the Ministerial Alliance and city leaders, and an evening worship service, there are meaningful ways for everyone to participate.
